Considering that radiator fan assembly, condenser fan assembly and blower fan assembly

form together in the HVAC system of vehicles, these parts are always running. Therefore, there

are numerous tests and specifications for these parts both during the production phase and

assembly phase. In our facilities, we have achieved these specifications and are supplying

OEM and OES costumers. These parts use a wide range of raw materials, which we ensure are

from sustainable sources and are of the expected quality.

The engineering teams in our R&D department continue to research on the quality and

efficiency of our radiator and condenser fan assemblies, ensuring that our products meet

OEM and OES customer specifications and standards. The assembly lines are also operated

by fully trained technicians who ensure that our Facilities are operating in optimum

conditions.The balance and design of the fan assembly are critical to a long life, therefore we

utilize digital balancing machines to ensure the quality of our fan assemblies.

One of the motors produced by our facilities is the automotive fan motor, produced in a

diverse range of power, efficiency, speed, shape and size. Our winding, welding and other

machinery in production lines allow us the flexibility of producing fan motors tailored to our

OEM and OES customer specifications. For the balancing, we balance our fan motors using

German SCHENCK balancing machines, ensuring our high quality fan motors have low noise.

100% of our fan motors also pass a final noise test in a standard noise test room before packing.

Producing quality blower motors require high quality motor and components. This is mainly

because the blower motor is used all year long, and controls the cabin climate at different

speeds. In our facilities, we also ensure that our blower motors not only have a long life, but

also operate with no noise during their entire life in the automotive HVAC system. We have

developed and produced different types of blower motors with different control modules for

our OEM and OES customers.

As a small automotive motor, the disc motor may not seem like a complicated part; however

the design and manufacturing process involved with production of a disc motor is complex.

Our facilities use the highest quality raw materials and our fully trained technicians on our

assembly line ensure that our disc motors are assembled with accordance to our OEM and

OES customer specifications, especially regarding final noise test and lock test.

Due to our high quality standards, we ensure that all of the components in our fan motors

and assemblies are of the highest qualities; therefore our components are also available in

Semi Knock Down (SKD) and Complete Knock Down (CKD ) form. This allows us to provide

other well known manufacturers with quality parts to use in their assembly lines.
